RETURN POLICY

You will have 30 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have till the next 5th of the month to initiate a return. If the item you wish to return meets the criteria mentioned below, your return can be initiated by calling us +92-305-715-7770

Idealancy Return policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:

• In case you are delivered the wrong product.
• In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:

• Check if your product meets all requirements
• Call and Email us and request a return
• Our team will provide the address of our office where you have to return
• Pack items as it is as received
• Arrange product pick up or drop off
• Your returned item will be Quality Checked

If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.

Where we can see PocketMart products ? Do you have any shop or outlet ?
Unfortunately, we don’t have any shop or outlet yet. We are completely online based. Feel free and order us online, if you don’t like our product quality or size, you can freely request for replacement.

Can I check my parcel before payment on doorstep ?
If you have ordered from Karachi then our personal delivery boy will allow yo to check the parcel before payment.
But unfortunately, if you have ordered from other cities, you can’t check before payment because to other cities we send parcels through courier service and they don’t allow to open parcel before payment, because of their safety policy.
But you don’t need to worry, we provide return and replacement policy.
